The foundation of hot blast stove should be redesigned by civil engineering department according to the local soil quality and referring to the basic map provided by the manufacturer. After the foundation of hot blast stove reaches its strength, it should be checked and accepted according to the drawing of hot blast stove, and draw out three baselines of the whole hot blast stove: a. Longitudinal baseline - boiler drum center or combustion equipment center. B. Transverse datum line - the center of the front axle of chain grate or the center line of slag discharger. C. Elevation datum line - markers can be selected at several locations around the base, and the relative deviation between markers should not exceed 1 mm. The furnace is in position. After the lower part of the hot blast stove is put in place, the upper part of the stove is assembled. The upper and lower parts need to be aligned and cushioned firmly, and the inner and outer parts should be poured twice. Installation position and dimension deviation and inspection method shall be carried out in accordance with GB50273 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Hot Stove Installation Engineering. （二）热风炉的吊装，在吊装时，应该在锅筒吊耳上起吊热风炉整装大件，使热风炉底座与地基上预画的基准线重合。热风炉与地基的纵向中心线，偏差不大于3毫米，且用线锤校正锅筒中心的倾斜度，允许锅筒中心倾斜不大于5毫米，否则要用垫铁在底座与地基交界处垫平。
(2) When hoisting a hot blast stove, a large part of the hot blast stove should be hoisted on the drum hoisting ear so that the base of the hot blast stove coincides with the pre-drawn datum line on the foundation. The deviation between the vertical center line of the hot blast stove and the foundation is not more than 3 mm, and the inclination of the center of the pot drum is corrected by a line hammer. The inclination of the center of the pot drum is allowed to be less than 5 mm. Otherwise, the pad iron should be used to pad the boundary between the base and the foundation.
(3) Attention to installation of hot blast stove pipe network
(1) Installation requirements of water supply pipelines
The maximum water level of standby pool is generally required to be below the normal water level of hot blast stove as far as possible, so as not to cause a large amount of drainage when the stove is shut down due to the water flowing into the hot blast stove during the next start-up. Steel wire filters shall be installed at the outlet of the pool (i.e. at the entrance of the water supply pipeline).
(2) Installation requirements for main steam pipelines
The straight section of the main steam pipe should be greater than 0.5 meters, the bending radius should be 4-5 times the diameter of the pipe, and traps should be installed at the lowest part of the pipeline to prevent water hammer in the pipeline, and reliable heat preservation should be carried out at the same time.
(3) Safety Valve Installation Requirements
Safety valves should be installed after water pressure test. Safety valves should be equipped with exhaust pipes. The exhaust pipes should be directed to the safety outside the hot blast stove. Valves should not be installed on the exhaust pipes.
(4) Installation of Water Level Meter
The drain pipe of the lower part of the water level meter must be connected to the safe place. The cock of the water level meter rotates flexibly and can not leak water. Lighting equipment must be installed at the water level meter for easy observation.
(5) Installation of pressure gauges
When installing pressure gauge, the dial should be vertical. The red line should be drawn to indicate the maximum allowable pressure of hot blast stove. The pressure gauge cock rotates flexibly. It is not allowed to leak water, and the water conveyance is smooth. Pressure gauge is not allowed to keep warm.
(4) Installation requirements for chimneys of hot blast stoves. When hoisting chimneys, the chimneys should be straight. The horizontal direction of the chimneys should not be too long. Generally, the length of the chimneys should be less than 5 meters. The height of the chimneys should meet the requirements of relevant national standards. Chimneys should be equipped with rain caps. The weight of chimneys should not fall directly on the main chimney nozzle of hot blast stove.
(5) Installation of the combustion system: 1. Connect the power supply line and control signal line with the electric control line according to the control circuit diagram of the combustion system, and install reliable ignition program and flameout protection device. The combustion program controller provides a set of independent start-stop control contacts. All kinds of burners can be made up. The start-stop control relay circuit has a 10A fuse. The start-stop control relay can connect the start-stop control end of the burner and directly control the power supply of the burner. After the automatic controller is opened, the pressure sensor, water level power supply, fuel and gas pressure setting values are continuously tested. The pressure sensor, water level power supply, fuel oil, gas and their own circuits are tested at all times. When problems are found, the alarm is immediately given and the furnace is shut down for protection. The controller automatically displays the fault point and the alarm sound is emitted inside the machine.
